  • Email asks you to confirm/update/verify your account data at USAA by visiting the given link. You will be taken to a spoof website where your details will be captured for the phishers.


  • USAA never send their users emails requesting personal details in this way.


  • The anchor text appears as a legitimate URL, but don't be fooled - clicking on it will take you to a phishing site!

We have temporarily suspend your online
access because its inactive on our SSL
server. Please take your debit card and
driver licence to any USAA branch near you.

We urge you do this before the end of today
as failure to do so, will lead to permanent
deactivation of your online
access.

Alternatively, you can do this online by
verifying your security challenge questions
and answers you set up during
online banking enrolment.
