Email asks you to confirm/update/verify your account data at Armed Forces Bank by visiting the given link. You will be taken to a spoof website where your details will be captured for the phishers.

The spoof website this email links to was not online at time of this report, but variations of the scam which link to working websites are bound to exist, so be wary! The website may have been taken down or disabled by the hosts, but quite often these websites are hosted on the personal computer of the phishers, so may only be online at certain times.

We regret to inform you that your Armed Forces Bank online account is
about to expire. In order to keep it active, and resolve this problem
please click the link below:
http://afbank.com/online/
If your problem could not be resolved, your online account will be
suspended for a period of 3-4 days, after this period your account
will be terminated.
For the User Agreement, section 7, we may immediately issue a warning,
temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership
and refuse to provide our services to you if we belive that your actions
may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our users or us.
We may also take these actions if we are unable to verify or authenticate
any information you provide us.
After the suspension of this account, please be advised that you are prohibited
from using Arvest Bank in any way. This includes registering a new account.
Please note that this suspension does not relieve you of your agreed-upon
obligation to pay any fees you may owe to Arvest Bank
