Your eBay account hasn't really been suspended, its is a scam ...
This spoof email arrives in HTML text format with an 'Update eBay Registration button (see images below) which sends you to a forged eBay web page.
The forged eBay page contains a lengthy form requiring
a multitude of personal information which is then relayed to the scammers
via a form to mail script located at win.net and to a Yahoo inc email
address (trebuitoare@yahoo.com). The forged eBay web poage is located
at http://www.ebaymember
updateform.com/Cg-ibin-UpdAcc.htm (no attempts made to disguise this URL). The
domain
ebaymemberupdateform.com is registered to an individual in the USA and is hosted
by siteprotect.com (registered to Site Protect in Chicago, Illinois, USA).
If you have received this email, please remember that it is very common for these email scams to be redistributed at a later date with only slightly different content or the same but with the fake page(s) hosted by a different provider. Also, once you have received one of these hoaxes, it is also common place to receive at least another one and usually a day or two after the first, although not necessarily from the same apparent sender.
