Method

Disguised link leads to bogus web content - two browser windows are opened...
The first contains the genuine Barclays iBank home page, the second contains a forged Barclays 'Details Confirmation' form which is presented in a pop up style window (tool, address and status bars removed) - any information submitted into the forged form is captured a script located ont he same web server.

1. Employs script to open the genuine barclays.co.uk home page as a backdrop to the bogus page which is opened in a pop up style window - giving the impression that it is a popup generated by the genuine page.
2. Note the use of the userdll.com domain again - this has been used repeatedly in a number of bank phishing scams.

If you have received this email, please remember that it is very common for these email scams to be redistributed at a later date with only slightly different content or the same but with the fake page(s) hosted by a different provider. Also, once you have received one of these hoaxes, it is also common place to receive at least another one and usually a day or two after the first, although not necessarily from the same apparent sender.
